Hver lejlighed er udstyret med: køkken med alt nødvendigt udstyr samt køleskab, toilet med bruser, spisestue og værelse/r.
Priserne omfatter følgende: El-forbrug, vand samt flaskegas. Rent sengetøj hver tiende dag; dug, håndklæder og viskestykker hver femte dag samt parkeringsplads, brug af svømmebassin og haver.
Pris i euro per person per dag, kan dette variere afhængigt af type lejlighed.
Prisen per dag for børn op til 2 år er 10 €, har husdyr et tillæg på 9.90 €. Leje en sikker koster 2 €.
Vinter-priser: Fra November til Februar: pr. Person 1 måned: 500 €, 2 personer 1 måned: 630 € Turist skat 0,45 € + 10% moms per voksen over 16 år, og i de første 7 dage af opholdet.

Reservations, Prepayment and Methods of Payment
The reservation is effected as soon as the prepayment of 25% of the total reservation amount has been received. In the case of reservations made in person on site, by telephone or email, prepayment must have been received 72 hours after receipt of our offer at the latest. The prepayment may be settled by credit or debit card, in cash or by bank transfer. In the case of online reservations, this is possible by credit or debit card only.
The balance must be settled on the day of arrival when checking in at our reception. Payment of the balance may be made in cash or by credit or debit card.
Prices include value added tax but do not include tourist tax. This is paid upon arrival together with the rental fee. Tourist tax amounts to 0.50 € per person (only for persons aged 16 years and over) and per day (only for the first seven days).
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of reservations cancelled within 30 days before the agreed date of arrival, the amount received as prepayment will not be refunded.
The apartment may be occupied from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. On the day of arrival, the apartment may be occupied from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. If you intend to arrive earlier or later than this, you must inform us so that we can confirm this to you in advance. We cannot guarantee that we can be here to meet you after 10.00 pm.
We cannot offer any refund if you depart before the agreed date.
If you do not appear on the agreed date of arrival without having notified us in advance, the prepayment made is forfeited and the booking is cancelled without the client having any further claim to it whatsoever.
The apartment may not be occupied by more persons than stated in the booking confirmation. If the apartment is occupied by more persons, the guest must inform reception of this and settle the corresponding surplus amount.
Pets are permitted after prior notification and against a small charge. They must be supervised by their owners at all times and may not wander at large on the premises.
The person who has made the reservation is responsible for any damage or inconvenience arising in the accommodation or shared amenities and which is caused by him, his companions or his pets.
Bedding is changed every seven days, towels every three days. If an additional change is necessary, this can be carried out against payment of a corresponding charge at reception.
Consideration must be shown for other guests between 11.00 pm and 9.00 am.
The swimming pool is open from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm and can be used by all guests. Due to its size it has no lifeguard. The swimming pool is located in the Margarita, Sabina and Pinell, apartment complex. It is, of course, also available for guests staying in the Ocean and Canada apartments. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of Apartaments Kosidlo guests.
Apartaments Kosidlo accepts no liability for cases of loss or theft of, or damage to, personal belongings on our premises. For your security, all our apartments contain a safe. Please note that we decline any responsibility in the event of personal belongings being forgotten after keys have been returned. It is possible for forgotten belongings found by our cleaning staff to be forwarded. In such cases, forwarding costs must be paid in advance.
Any infringement of these rules may result in the contract being revoked without any claim to reimbursement of the rental fee.
