The V.A.T. (8%) will be invoiced separately.
Winter-Prices: From November to February:
Per one person/month: 480.-€
Per two persons/month : 600,-€
RESERVATIONS: The minimum reservation period is 6 days, with a 10% surcharge for
stays shorter than this period.
After the reservation date has been arranged, an advance payment of
Euros 50,-- per person should be sent. The corresponding rental
contract will then be forwarded immediately. The balance shall be
paid
upon delivery of the apartment. In the case of cancellation by writing, 50% of the advance will be
refunded, if such cancellation is made within a minimun period of two
months before occupation. If a reserved apartment is not occupied
during the first day (without previous notice) all rights concerning
the reservation will be lost. In the case of an advance departure no
refund will be given. On the day of departure the apartment should be vacated by 10 am. New
tenants will have the right of occupation from 5 pm. The delivery of
keys will be made no later than 9 pm.
The management reserves the right to cancel the rental contract in
the
case of serious disobedience of internal regulations.
