- The apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you arrive before or after these times, you must request confirmation in advance. In-person service is not guaranteed after 8:00 PM.
- No refunds will be given in case of early departure.
- If you do not show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the deposit paid will be lost and the booking will be cancelled.
- The apartment cannot be occupied by more people than indicated in the booking confirmation. If a larger occupancy is expected, reception must be informed in advance and any applicable additional charges will apply.
- Pets are allowed with prior notice and at an additional cost. Pets must be under the supervision of their owners at all times and may not be left loose within the premises.
- The booking holder will be responsible for any damage or disturbances that may occur in the accommodation or in the common areas, both on their part and on the part of their companions or pets.
- Bed linens will be changed every 7 days and towels every 3 days. If you request an additional change, the established fee will be charged at reception.
- The neighbours' rest must be respected between 23:00 and 09:00.
- The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. It is a communal pool and, due to its size, does not have a lifeguard. The pool is located at the Margarita, Sabina, and Pinell apartments. Guests of Ocean and Canada apartments also have access. The pool is for the exclusive use of Apartaments Kosidlo guests.
- Apartaments Kosidlo is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on our premises. For added security, all accommodations have a safe. Furthermore, Apartaments Kosidlo declines any responsibility for personal items left behind in the accommodation after key collection. If any belongings are found, they can be shipped back to you, provided you pay the shipping costs in advance.
- It is mandatory to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival, and to remove all trash before departure. A €100 surcharge will be applied if the apartment is left dirty or in poor condition.
OTHER CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BOOKING
High-consumption electronic devices
- For safety reasons and to avoid overloading the electrical installation, the use of appliances or high energy consumption equipment from outside the apartment is not permitted, such as portable air conditioners, electric radiators, stovetops, cookers, vehicle battery charging equipment —cars, motorcycles, bicycles or electric scooters— or any other device with similar characteristics, unless expressly authorized by management.
Bail
- The management reserves the right to request, if it deems it appropriate, a deposit of €100 per person before entering the apartment.
- This deposit will be returned within a maximum of 48 hours after departure, once it has been verified that the apartment is in good condition, without damage and with all its furniture, equipment and belongings complete.
Bookings, advance payments and payment methods
- The booking will be formalized at the moment the amount corresponding to the advance payment of 25% of the total booking is received.
- For in-person, telephone, or email bookings, the deposit must be paid within 72 hours of receiving our offer. Deposits can be paid by credit or debit card, cash, or bank transfer. For online bookings, payment is only accepted by credit or debit card.
- The remaining balance must be paid on arrival, at check-in. Payment can be made in cash or by credit or debit card.
Cancellation periods
- Cancellation will be free of charge provided it is made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date and the request is communicated in writing to the email address apartaments@kosidlo.com.
- If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Any violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of the contract, without the right to a refund.
